|Recommended: YesLakehaven is pretty average for the area. — The neighborhood is average for the area. I dont know why they insist on calling themselves luxury apartments when they are not. They are run of the mill apartments like everywhere else in the area. If anything there are places that are nicer in the area for the same price.

|Recommended: YesLakehaven Apartment — Place is great to live in. I've been living in these apartments for the last 4 years and it's been great. Only issue I have, has occurred over the last 3 months, is the complex has been purchased by another company. Communication lines between the new office workers and tenants need to improve. Other than that, the place is worth living at.
